Good~Bye Island Life... Hello Spring!

We are off... It has been a pleasure to be here on this lovely island all winter!! We are heading home towards "Spring" and we are so excited!

These two have been the highlight of my days and they are bringing home adorable island tans! I will miss them so much when they go back to school!!!

These two are up at Rum & Bean saying good bye to the many great friends they made here. Jenika said this morning "The thing I will miss the most about this place is the friendly people!" She made so many friends here and she got so much attention!

Dave and the big boys are out doing last minute stuff and we head to the airport within the hour.

Thanks for praying for us as we will not be home until the wee hours of the morning and the many hours of travel will have us so tired by then but we are feeling blessed to the brim and ready to take on life back in the hustle and bustle of our own community.

I have lots of progress pictures here that I will start to download but I might have to wait until we get home to post them all.

Thanks for keeping up with us here on the island of Ambergris Caye this winter. We really enjoyed all the visitors and your prayers and encouraging words meant so much to us.

The lagoon seemed to be the best suited place to do our family pictures as the MBV project is right behind us and this was the focus of our winter!

I'm sipping one last latte from the Bean as I type. The bags are packed I'm only waiting for the last load of laundry to dry. The day tomorrow will be packed with unpacking and catch up. I will most likely be overwhelmed for a bit but we already made plans for an Aquire party at Mikes sometime over the weekend and my family is anxious to get together as well.

Now that "Spring" is springing many things will need attention around our property. We are ready to get back into it but I hope it will be at an ease...:)

It was great to do a last walk through the Great House this morning!! So much is going on in there and the large pool area process has begun! By the time we return this place should be hopping with activity! We can't wait to come back and join the fun again!

For now we are off the Tropic Air for our small flight... On to Atlanta from Belize City... On to Baltimore from there... Then Uber home... ~sigh~ Wish a push of a button would put us on our property but it wont so off we go to begin the journey... Home To Spring!!! Yay!!!
