Cabin Post #2

Cabin post #2...:)

We are so BLESSED to have this cute cabin tucked in the pines. We call it our home away from home... We come here to relax and refresh. Aw yes and we hunt and all things related to it on the side,,:) We walk and run miles and miles on trails. We ride carts and four wheelers for hours.

This trip it was turkey we were after...

I ask these two little people all the time to come live at my house until they get bigger! They think its funny....;)  I just love their stage so much!! They are also so very adorable and lovable! We love that they live next door and we get to see them often!

The guys went to bless the farmers on Sunday after church... A few of them have cancer.

She loves that she can drive the four wheeler now!

Javon got a hover board from a boy at church with his own money! He thinks it is the greatest thing and it was a huge hit on the cabin porch!

These two love each other and fight like sisters...:)

Today is so windy!! I can't figure out why it always seems to be windy when I come home with fresh flower pots for my porch. I planted the flowers, herbs and tomato plants and now it seems they are getting wind damaged... From green house care to my windy landscape has them trying to figure out how to survive!..:/

The mulch pile is all put away!! It went fast! Eva Jane did not go back to Franklin the last few days so we got to enjoy her here!!

She is a worker.... She did housework for me. (she folds laundry like my mom! So neatly!) She mowed all my yards! She hauled mulch for hours! She planted my pots! She came behind me and watered and covered my flowers as I dropped them in ahead of her! The spring work never went so fast and I so enjoyed her help!!

This was my mom, sisters and I and our load of flowers!! We so enjoy this morning of flower shopping every year!!

Let me tell you we are packed!!

Jordan had his annal CHOP appointment yesterday. Dave and I take him to immunology at CHOP once a year in the Spring. We feel so blessed he is so healthy!

Down at the children's hospital we see sick children and many are not as fortunate as Jordan. His Doctors words "You look phenomenal!" He does look like a picture of health. Most people with CVID are on lots of medications for all sorts of different issues. Jordan exceeded the lung test they have him do. He gained more weight and shot up off the charts in height! We have so much to be thankful for!

The blood was drawn again to see where his antibody levels are and as always I have been saying prayers for amazing results! We get those results in about a week. Pray with us for a miracle that Jordan's body would start to produce its own antibody cells once again! Even just slow would be better then none! He often deals with pain and welts during infusion. He is always thankful when the weeks anybodies are infused. He is so very brave!

We just love the personality that Jordan adds to our home!! His giggle is heard every single day and it is super contagious! Grumpy people get happy when Jordan is around!...:) He is so much fun to tease and he tells the best stories!!

This evening is a beauty!! I'm off to do something outside!
