Short post here tonight but it has been so long!!
We are enjoying the season very much and other then the endless gray days with no sunshine we are happy and healthy and oh so blessed!
You would hear many Christmas songs being sung if you were in our home these days! I like music but most times the music is turned off and we are singing...:) Javon has a few Christmas favorites right now and he will often just start singing out of the blue!! So cute! He has his sixth birthday tomorrow!! Wow!! Six years ago I was just crawling into bed at this exact hour when my water broke without any warning!! Two weeks early!! A Christmas surprise that we were thrilled to announce!!
Christmas would not be the same without making these fun sand tart cookies...:) We do like to eat these to but most of all we like to make them at the Christmas time of year and then bless those around us!...
These cookies were the greatest things to roll out at first for the Little's but the batch was large and by the time it was all over I was the only one at it and also left with the big mess..:)
I made hot sauce today!! Vitamix creation I'm thrilled with!! Marie Sharps step aside, I can do it myself, for cheap!! It is sooo yummy!!
I will share the recipe on here later I promise!...
I enjoyed some sister time today! Kath and I were at Marilyn's for awhile today. I was there long enough to put baby Alan to sleep. So darling he is as he cuddles up to me!!
I got a surprise while I was out. Dave called and said he just brought Jordan home from school. Suspension. Four days. What?? I'm still trying to figure out how to word all that I'm feeling so I will stop there and share more on it later...
Our supper... Yummy with the new hot sauce!! Veggies sliced, seasoned/oiled and baked then sprinkled with cheese... Orange chicken on rice... Yummy it was...
It was a BINGO and we have leftovers for lunches tomorrow!! Yay!!
