This will be a fun place for Jen (the animal lover) this summer!!...
Sasha's corner... She already loves this little insulated box! The guys tell me she will have a doggie door going to the outside of the meadow yet somehow... For now they are just letting her into the box at night.
The chicken house for eight chickens and we want to get some quinine chicks yet to. This hen house will probably never be this clean again!..
We now have a good chicken coop and doggie house for sale! Yay for combining everything!!
The garden is sprouting during these warm days! Today is sunny and warm! I can hardly go fast enough this time of the year but I decided to keep calm and enjoy the journey. It's so great to see the flowering trees blossom again! Buds are everywhere! Jordan's allergies are calmed down some but I still see them in his eyes some. He was able to eat off of the table at Grandparents day at school yesterday. He loves when the meal is simple with meat and veggies. I had packed him a lunch just in case but I'm as happy as he is when he can eat the same as everyone else!
Javon is home today... He was wrapped in blankets and slathered in oils most of the morning! He loves it here with me all the time but even more so when he is not feeling the best. I do not know what is with him this year?. Another cold! Number five for this past winter season!! Never really a fever unless it's low grade but just annoying colds with stuffy noses, crusty eyes and so tired.
I brought him along home with me yesterday after the grandparents meal was served and over. He was not feeling good, I could tell. He slept on the couch for a few hours and now today he is a bit better but I still kept him here today since he "begged" me again!. He loves it at home!! He always did! He would be the perfect home schooled child! He does not really like to many people in one place. (He begs to stay home from church every Sunday!) He never likes crowds anywhere!
Even on the days when he is feeling good he still needs that extra nudge to get off to school. A new one for me since my other three always loved school and the social life was a huge highlight!! I am enjoying him extra much this year. Last one in kindergarten for us. How is that possible!!?? I try not to push him to much and often during his five winter colds that he had this year I just left him stay home and cuddle with me. He still loves books and cuddle time!!
I'm off to get a few hours of work done in the sun... Supper is in the Dutch oven for an easy "grab and go". Today will be the first that the mower will be running!!
Yay for SPRING!!
