Quizzing Day!...

Quizzing is over!! I had so much fun watching this years quizzes! Everyone works so hard and it's over so soon. Justin had a fun two days! I kinda struggle with the fact that they loose so much sleep when they need it the most but they have a riot and make the most of the two days and nights at Black Rock Retreat.

This team got the third place trophy in there double A division today!! The final quiz was against "Weavertown Voice" and another team from our school "Fairhaven Ferkins" It was fun for them to quiz with another Fairhaven team! They helped each other out some! Not sure it was fair but these  two teams worked together to squeeze out a second and third place trophy...

Justin is fun to watch! He is one that jumps often! He gets many questions right. He gets errors to but they don't keep him from jumping again!:) I think he has his "dads" aggressive competitive spirit that works well for this quizzing thing!

He came home very tired today! He is now soaking in my tub and I'm sure it will be an early bed for him! We had originally planned a special supper for this evening but the awards took awhile today and he never went for lunch until one o'clock, I figured he won't be hungry for a feast at four thirty when we had planned it for, he seemed to tired anyway. We have put it off for tomorrow evening now.

Here they are receiving there awards...

"Fairhaven Ferkins" (Eighth grade) receiving there rewards...

Both teams together...
They had fun with each other today...

This was the sixth graders from our school "Fairhaven Authority" in division A ... They also received a trophy for there division...
GOOD JOB TO ALL THE QUIZZERS!! THIS IS COMMENDABLE!!

Jordan's appointment at CHOP went well yesterday. (once we finally found the place!) We were late but all worked out. I'm just glad we don't know our way around this hospital by heart! (that would not be a good sign! Once a year is bad enough) The tests results that they were able to get showed good...:) His breathing test showed good...:) The cough he has they want to keep an eye on but they don't seem to have concerns about it for now. He grew since last year so they will be upping his monthly dose of antibodies by 15%! I hope this does not mean headaches again...:/

Jordan will be getting more tests done before his next treatment this month. This will tell us where his antibody levels are and if he is making anymore on his own then he was a year ago. This needs to be done right before an infusion to get the best reading so we hope to get those results as soon as possible. The Doctor says it's unlikely he will ever outgrow this but we are praying he will!

I have not heard from Dave and Rose today. They do not always have electric or Internet service but our thoughts and prayers are with them so much!! I googled the elections and it looks unsettled, they seem to have a very close election which can make for more tension...! Keep praying for them!
