In God We Trust... How Neat...

Look what dropped in on us early this morning... Dave and I were out for a morning walk when this thing started to get lower over us. We ran the rest of the way in the drive to wake up the kids only to find three of them already at Jenika's bedroom window watching...:) It landed perfectly on the driveway... The kids watched them pack up the balloon as I headed to the shower...Such a lovely peaceful morning for doing something like this!

We spent the morning at Sunday School. It was great to be there again after being out last Sunday. Our Sunday School Teacher days are coming to an end with this class as we are re voting next Sunday evening for new teachers. We have really enjoyed this class and we will miss it very much!

A few closing thoughts to our service today...

What do we do for the Lord?? Do we save up much and then give? or do we give a little everyday?? Some might find both ways to work? But if we plan to save up much for our "Savings Account" then it often never gets there, but if we do a small amount at a time it adds up. I like the idea he gave as to give our ten dollars a day to the Lord rather then waiting until we think we have much saved because many times a large amount gets used for other things....This illustration can be used in many ways... like works or time, the work we do for our Lord has no limits. We just need to be willing to give of ourselves.

This week looks busy... Javon starts school, Ladies Bible Study starts. It will have to be the week the pool comes down! The water is freezing!! We are enjoying the next season. Flowers need to be cut back and perennials need a choppin! Maybe it will be more of an outdoor week here. We have watermelons here right now!! From the garden!! It's fun!! Here is what is great about it...

Be a blessing to someone this week... A step at a time... A little everyday goes a long ways...:)
